We are delighted to announce Sarah Carter as our new Director of Client Services.

This new senior-level position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Client Service Department,  ensuring that our customers continue to receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.

As an experienced Sales & Client Services Manager, Sarah has spent over 14 years working across Print, Direct Mail, Marketing and Advertising.

Sarah said: “I’m so excited to be to be taking on this new role within POSITIVE+.  I can’t wait to really get stuck in and support all our amazing customers and team members in achieving their goals!”

Initially joining POSITIVE+ in 2010 as a Data Processor, Sarah worked her way up to Key Account Manager.  After leaving in 2016 to gain some external experience, she returned in 2018 and held the position of Sales Manager for the past 5 years.

Sarah will be joining POSITIVE’S senior leadership team alongside Danny Sullivan as Chief Executive Officer, Tony Dennington as Chief Commercial & Sustainability Officer and Mike Sullivan as Chief Production Officer.

In her spare time, Sarah loves to travel and go out with her hubby, friends and family.  She has a sausage dog called Ralph and is a self-confessed crazy dog mum!
