The Royal Academy of Music aims to shape the future of music by discovering and supporting talent wherever it exists. They needed a dynamic direct mail campaign to raise funds for scholarships and bursaries to help the finest musicians focus on their training without hindrance.
The challenge was to integrate direct mail best practice with the Academy’s new branding and a bold, youth- focused look and feel. We ensured brand consistency across all elements including outer envelopes, letters, postcards, gift forms and compliment slips.
The data was segmented into prospects from the UK, Europe and overseas. From data processing and printing to fulfilment and mailing, we took care of the whole process at our huge 35,000 sq. foot production house, which is built for capacity.
