The Royal Academy of Music has been training musicians to the highest professional standards since its foundation in 1822. They needed an engaging direct mail campaign to secure Bicentenary gifts for their Future of Music Fund.
The challenge was to integrate direct mail best practice with the Academy’s bold branding and youth-focused look and feel. We ensured brand consistency across all elements including a personalised outer envelope and a beautiful folder containing a personalised letter, donation form, postcards and a reply envelope.
The postcards featured powerful student testimonials and portraits. Supporters were invited to make a gift to the fund and to choose one piece of music for an imaginary time capsule, with responses shared on social media.
The Academy’s data was kept secure via our ISO 27001 certified information security management. From data processing and printing to fulfilment and mailing, we took care of the whole process at our huge 35,000 sq. foot production house, which is built for capacity.
