Cashmere Centre were looking for a new test to continue optimising their catalogues and improve ROI. They ran 3 tests using a digital stamp indicia vs. standard postage paid impression, two with warm customers and one with cold.
All 3 digital stamp tests beat the postage paid impression control and uplifted both response rates and sales. The mailings to warm customers saw a 24% and 25% uplift in response and the cold client mailing saw a 7% uplift.
