A digital stamp is a reproduction of a postage stamp printed directly onto the envelope, so it looks like a normal postage stamp.  They are designed to improve mailing results as recipients see the stamp image as a more personal form of postage.

Royal Mail Case Study

Cashmere Centre were looking for a new test to continue optimising their catalogues and improve ROI.  They ran 3 tests using a digital stamp indicia vs. standard postage paid impression, two with warm customers and one with cold.

All 3 digital stamp tests beat the postage paid impression control and uplifted both response rates and sales.   The mailings to warm customers saw a 24% and 25% uplift in response and the cold client mailing saw a 7% uplift.  The three mailings saw a 21%, 22% and 55% uplift in sales as a result of the digital stamp!  Find out more
