As an ISO certified organisation, Positive is committed to continuous improvement.  Every year we ask our customers to complete an anonymous satisfaction survey. 

How likely are you to continue using Positive for their services?

All customers surveyed said they were “likely” to continue using Positive and 83% stated they were “extremely likely” to continue using Positive’s services.

Overall how satisfied are you with Positive’s service? (10= extremely satisfied 1= extremely dissatisfied)

Positive scored an average of 9/10 for overall satisfaction. Positive also scored an average of 9/10 for:

  • Telephone and email service
  • Knowledge and helpfulness of staff
  • Quality of quotes received
  • Turnaround time
  • Quality of products
  • Delivery time

How likely are you to recommend Positive to others?

All customers surveyed said they were “likely” to recommend Positive and 72% stated they were “extremely likely” to recommend Positive to others.

We would like to thank all the customers that completed the satisfaction survey. The results of the survey have been reviewed by the Positive Management Team and will form part of our yearly ISO 9001 assessment.
